Global Associate Director, Experiential & Content Production

What You'll Do

  • Lead the creative development, planning, and production of live experiences including industry and corporate activations, creator and partner events, policy engagements, internal events, and VIP/executive experiences.

  • Shape end-to-end event and experiential production, from concept through execution, ensuring high-quality creative and operational delivery.

  • Manage agency and vendor partnerships, selecting and directing the right collaborators based on scale, complexity, and creative needs.

  • Align internal and external teams on creative direction, ensuring a clear vision across visual storytelling and editorial decisions.

  • Build and manage budgets, timelines, and approval processes across multiple concurrent projects.

  • Partner with cross-functional senior leaders to bring ideas to life and solve complex business needs and challenges.

  • Mentor and support direct reports and producers while leading large-scale, high-visibility productions.

  • Navigate legal and licensing requirements related to visuals, talent, and music usage.

  • Oversee content capture shoots, partnering with internal stakeholders from early development through content delivery, ensuring all is on time and within budget.

  • Bring expertise in technical and stage production, including lighting, audio, and production design, to elevate each experience.

Who You Are

  • You have 10+ years of experience in event, experiential, and live production.

  • You are experienced in leading both small- and large-scale live events and experiences, and delivering high-quality creative outcomes.

  • You know how to translate business goals into engaging, well-crafted, and elevated experiences.

  • You are experienced in selecting and managing external agencies and vendors.

  • You have experience partnering with cross-functional teams globally and can communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders.

  • You have a deep understanding of fabrication, production design, staging, and lighting.

  • You are comfortable managing budgets, contracts, and financial reconciliation.

  • You have experience leading both direct reports on a day-to-day basis and production teams on a project basis.

  • You care about building inclusive, collaborative environments and supporting diverse teams and partners.

  • You are able to balance creative thinking with strong organization and prioritization skills.

  • You have a global mindset and can collaborate effectively across domestic and international regions and time zones.

  • You have a strong understanding of content production workflows, including pre- and post-production processes.

Where You'll Be

  • This role is based in New York City
  • We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home. We ask that you come in 2-3 times per week.
