- Project-manage special projects and cross-functional initiatives for the Product & Regulatory Legal team, driving workstreams from kick-off to close with clear milestones and owners.
- Support responses to regulatory requests for information (RFIs) and audits—pulling together materials, coordinating inputs across teams, and ensuring timely, accurate submissions.
- Develop and maintain internal playbooks, process documentation, and communications that keep compliance workflows running without bottlenecks.

- Identify operational gaps and drive continuous improvement in how the team manages its regulatory workload.
Who You Are
- You have 5+ years’ experience in operations, program management, or legal operations in a tech, digital-platform, or media environment.

- Resourceful and scrappy—you figure things out, build the process, and don’t wait to be told what to do.
- Skilled at document management, knowledge organization, and building the operational infrastructure a team needs to move fast.
- Comfortable working across global time zones and cultures in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Notion, or similar) and a bias toward structured execution over ad-hoc work.
