Operations Manager - Jamble

Role

• Seller Operations & Tool Development: Design and maintain internal tools (spreadsheets, dashboards, and automation processes) to streamline seller management and optimize marketplace operations.
• Data & Performance Insights: Analyze operational and sales data to identify trends, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency.
• Logistics & Inventory Coordination: Oversee the flow of goods sent to and stored in our warehouse, ensuring smooth inventory management and delivery processes.
• Process Optimization: Continuously improve and automate key operational workflows to scale Jamble’s business efficiently.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with tech, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure operational alignment and seller success.

Profile

• Experience: 2-3 years in a relevant field, preferably in a startup, e-commerce, or operations-heavy environment.
• Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, automation), and comfort working with data-driven decision-making. Experience with SQL or business intelligence tools is a plus.
• Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Ability to take initiative in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Communication & Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
• Passion: Interest in startups, resale fashion, e-commerce, and logistics.
